Complaints Statement

We welcome verbal complaints; however, we ask that any complaint relating to services provided by our firm be submitted in writing. Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and commence a full investigation.

We will carry out this investigation as promptly as possible, and you will receive updates at intervals not exceeding 20 business days from the date your complaint was made. Once our investigation is complete, we will issue a written report outlining the outcome.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response or the manner in which your complaint has been handled, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO).
