Happy Refinance Friday!
Just secured a 1.5% rate reduction, equivalent to €210 saving per month for a couple in Porterstown. They also have positive equity (Value of property higher than mortgage) and have released another €20,000 for home improvements – refurbishment of their bathroom & kitchen. Overall their repayments will remain the same thanks to their new switcher rate.
